From the company's foundation in 2003, ITCC has grown alongside the operators it supports — through office setup, technical infrastructure, building systems and operational support.

Founded in 2003. Led from the field.

ITCC was founded in 2003 by Salah Kolli as an Algeria-based company specialized in IT support and technical coordination for international operators.

Starting with a first contract for BHP Billiton, the company expanded its portfolio across Shell, BG Algeria, SNC-Lavalin and other operators — broadening its scope from IT alone into office setup, building systems and full technical delivery.

Today, ITCC remains operator-led and execution-focused. Decisions are made on the ground, by people who have spent over 20 years on Algeria's corporate and industrial sites.

    Salah Kolli founds ITCC. The company's first major contract is with BHP Billiton, providing IT support and technical coordination services on the operator's Algerian operations.

    Contribution to office setup consulting and the preparation of technical requirement specifications for BG Algeria. ITCC moves from execution-only into upstream technical advisory.

    SNC-Lavalin — Taksebt project.

    IT equipment supply and technical coordination support for the Taksebt project. ITCC delivers a structured technical scope under EPC contractor governance — its first major project-mode mission.
